Believe it or not, well-being is a skill.

There is no difference between learning to play an instrument and learning well-being. If you practice skills of well-being, you will strengthen them.

In the same way you need to keep practicing an instrument in order to keep being good at it, you need to keep practicing well-being. These are lifetime practices.

In these 4 classes, I will teach you some techniques that you need to incorporate in your daily life to increase your quality of living.

Session 1

•    Introduction: Getting to know each other
•    Mindful listening: In this part I give some time for you to create space and take the session where you want it go and at a pace that you feel comfortable. I will be listening to what you say without judgment and to better understand why you are interested in this course. 
•    Exercise: Teaching you how to shift your attention away from toxic emotions such as anger, resentment, and sadness to the healthier emotions.

Session 2

•    Warm-up
•    Feedback from the week before.
•    Mindful listening
•    Exercise: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) exercise, a key element to fighting stress.

Session 3

•    Warm-up
•    Feedback from the week before
•    Mindful listening
•    Test: Learning your values and virtues and implementing them in your daily life.

Session 4


•    Warm-up
•    Feedback from the week before
•    Mindful listening
•    Exercise: Discover the life you want to lead.
